listening to the babyMost mums don't start to bond with their babies until almost mid pregnancy around that exciting time when your baby's first movements are felt. But from the moment you learn that you are pregnant you can begin bonding with your baby. Brain activity starts around 6 weeks of pregnancy - right around the time you find out you're expecting. Your developing baby receives all of your thoughts and emotions - both positive and negative. Knowing this it's important to try to have as stress free a pregnancy and birth as we possibly can. We want to focus on sending loving messages to our babies. Of course in this fast paced world it's impossible to avoid the majority of stresses in our lives - but we can learn how to cope with them better - one way is to take 'fetal love breaks' with your baby. You don't have to force yourself to think happy thoughts all day but you can make sure you take the time to relax and use your imagination to send positive messages to your baby.

This course can be taken at any point in your pregnancy, the earlier the better. Register NOW!
