About a couple of months ago during a prenatal with one of my mothers, she shared with me about the system in Australia where the midwives would contact any new mothers in their area and get them to come together once a month to provide free breastfeeding and peer support. That inspired me to do something similar! So voila!

If you have just given birth, need some peer support with breastfeeding, help with baby wearing or just wanna go out and get together, come and join us at th Four Trimesters Support Group get-together.

Lactation Consultant Christina Kwek (when available) & I will be around to help any mothers with breastfeeding, Lulu from Mummysmilk will be around to help with babywearing & elimination communication and a Julia Gabriel Centre teacher will be at hand to answer any questions you have about their programmes.

This support group is FREE, do bring along your own snacks and drinks...and of course..YOUR BABY!!!
