Our *FREE* Four Trimesters Antenatal Tasters provide parents with an introduction to the subjects we teach in our classes, a chance to chat with the doulas, and meet other parents-to-be, or parents who have recently given birth. Antenatal Tasters sessions are 2 hours long, with 45 minutes on a free taster topic for the session followed by a Q&A session for pregnancy-birth-breastfeeding-parenting related topic.
